Supported by the US Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs, LADBP identifies and supports students with varying degrees of combined hearing and vision losses throughout the state of Louisiana. This video introduces LADBP’s services and discusses why identification of DeafBlindess is important, even if the combined effects of vision and hearing losses are mild.
