What are your past/current experiences working in the field of disabilities, allied health, education, or school?  

My past experiences at Little Tree Preschool and the Regional School for the Deaf and Blind have profoundly impacted my passion for working with individuals with disabilities and their families. These experiences have provided me with valuable skills and insights and shaped my commitment to inclusive education and support.  

What are your goals for your Interprofessional Preparation experience?  

My goals for my Interprofessional Preparation experience include gaining foundational knowledge about interdisciplinary work to aid in my future practice as an occupational therapist. I plan to connect with professionals and families to facilitate shared learning and resources. Throughout my time with the IPP program, I plan to become a confident resource for my future clients and their families.  

What do you wish to contribute as a future Related Service Provider &/or Special Education Teacher?  

As a future Related Service Provider, I aspire to make meaningful contributions in several key areas to enhance the well-being and quality of life of individuals with disabilities. I plan to provide excellent care to my future clients and their families by providing support, resources, education, empowerment, and collaboration with the whole care team.
