Dr. Rose Angelocci is featured speaker at Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Visually Impaired Expo

Dr. Rose Angelocci, the coordinator of HDC’s Louisiana Deafblind Project, was a featured presenter at the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Visually Impaired Expo hosted by Calcasieu Parish School Board on Friday, November 1, 2019.
