WHO : Teachers, related service personnel and parents supporting preschoolers with cochlear implants and students of all ages with complex communication needs.
WHAT : A technical assistance project funded by the Louisiana Department of Education providing training in “best practice” management of students in target populations
WHEN : Two day trainings offered statewide on January 12 & 13, 2017, March 27 & 28, 2017, and September 21 & 22, 2017 AND three months of district level coaching
WHERE: At your Louisiana Assistive Technology Initiative (LATI) regional center
WHY: Train school district teams in planning and executing “Best Practice” communication plans for targeted populations
