Directions for Future Program Development:

Second Year Objectives for TRI*ADD are:

OBJECTIVE 1: Develop the capacity to view and act upon systems in a holistic, quality, person-centered and constituency-oriented manner.

OBJECTIVE 2: The three state-level developmental disabilities programs (i.e., the DD Council, the UAP, and the P&A) will jointly conduct/evaluate annual statewide needs assessments to generate planning documents and reports for statewide shared learning.

OBJECTIVE 3: Develop and implement an annual statewide training, resource, and information outreach plan.

OBJECTIVE 4: Refine and expand the infrastructure and capacity of  TRI*ADD.

OBJECTIVE 5: Conduct statewide program evaluation reflective of IPII.

OBJECTIVE 6: Affect systems so they more adequately and effectively meet needs of individuals.

OBJECTIVE 7: Develop and make operational a career ladder and a plan for credentialing and meet the training needs of direct service staff.

Future Directions:

# Develop curriculum and instructional resources for addressing needs for personnel development of Direct Service Personnel for the systems of human services, including education, developmental disabilities, social services, and health.
